Borehole drilling & water engineering
We find the water before we drill for it.
PureDrops Drillers surveys, drills, equips and maintains boreholes across 15 African countries. Every metre is logged, every pump is sized on tested yield, and every borehole is handed over with full documentation.
What does a borehole actually cost? — depth, formation and access drive the price, and we publish what each one does.

Why boreholes fail
Three reasons a borehole goes wrong — and how we remove them.
Most failed boreholes are not drilling failures. They are decisions made before the rig arrived. We remove those decisions from the critical path.
A resistivity survey maps the aquifer before the rig mobilises, so depth and position are evidence-based rather than optimistic.
You get: resistivity profile, aquifer interpretation and a target depth per borehole.
Step and constant-rate testing establishes the safe yield first. The pump is then matched to a confirmed duty point.
You get: a yield test report with the safe yield, recovery data and the recommended duty point.
Borehole log, casing schedule, yield report and completion certificate — the evidence pack a permit or lender will ask for.
You get: borehole log, casing schedule, completion certificate and water quality analysis.
One accountable partner, from survey to long-term maintenance.
0 services that cover the whole life of a borehole — designed together, handed over together.
The drilling process
Twenty documented stages. No surprises.
We publish the entire lifecycle — from the first site consultation to handover and the maintenance programme that follows.
Groundwater solutions for four very different kinds of customer.
A farm, a factory, a village and an estate each have their own water profile. The engineering changes; the standard does not.
Selected work
Projects delivered across the continent.
Community schemes, commercial supply, agricultural irrigation and off-grid solar pumping.
