Commercial & Industrial

Water your operation can plan around.

Factories, mines, lodges and commercial campuses need water that arrives on a schedule — not water that arrives when the grid does. We size the borehole to your actual demand and your actual cost of interruption.

The situation

Why this goes wrong for commercial sites.

Commercial sites are usually measured against a cost of interruption, not a cost of water. A factory that loses process water for four hours loses far more than the borehole ever cost. A lodge that cannot guarantee potable supply cannot guarantee its rating.

How we approach it

  1. 01

A demand profile built from your operating hours and head count, not a rule of thumb.

  2. 02

A survey that confirms the aquifer before the rig is mobilised.

  3. 03

Boreholes drilled to a yield that covers peak draw without over-pumping the aquifer.

  4. 04

Storage sized so a pump failure or an outage is an inconvenience, not a shutdown.

  5. 05

Water quality tested to potability, with treatment specified where the chemistry demands it.

All frequently asked questions

Yes. Mobilisation, drilling and commissioning are planned around your production schedule, and we will agree shutdown windows with you in writing before mobilising.

Yes. Process water is a different problem from potable water, and the test determines which treatment is needed. Where the chemistry is aggressive we specify the treatment before the pump is ordered, not after.

Send us the depth, the pump specification and the observed yield. In many cases a failing borehole is a mis-sized pump or a dirty borehole rather than a depleted aquifer, and rehabilitation is a fraction of the cost of a new borehole.
